Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any reading or product you purchase from Radiant Life Mastery ("we", "us", "our"), a business operated by Michelle M. Kennedy in Queensland, Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a reading. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the details you provide are your own, or that you have permission to share them.

2. Our readings

Our readings are personal written interpretations based on the names, date of birth and other details you provide. We currently offer:

All prices are in US dollars. Your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control. Delivery times are counted from when we receive your complete order details.

3. Your details

Your reading is only as accurate as the information you give us. Please check the spelling of your names, your date of birth and, for the Career & Purpose Reading, your birthplace and birth time before submitting. If we notice something that looks incomplete or incorrect, we may contact you before preparing your reading, which may extend the delivery time.

5. How readings are prepared

Each reading is prepared from your own details using our proprietary information, calculations and software. Readings are personal to you, but they draw on a consistent framework, so some general descriptions may appear in more than one reading.

6. Personal use and intellectual property

Your reading is for your personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to keep it, print it and share it with people close to you. You may not resell, republish or distribute it publicly, or use it to create your own products. All content on this website, including text, images, the Radiant Name Reading name and our reading materials, belongs to Radiant Life Mastery or its licensors.

7. Free gifts

Any free gift offered with a purchase, such as the 5 Keys to Radiant Living ebook, is provided for your personal use under the same terms and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any reading, and our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you are a consumer outside Australia, you may also have rights under the consumer laws of your own country.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information carefully. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• Contact details: your first and last name and email address.
• Reading details: your full birth name, the name you use today, your date of birth, your question and, if you order the Career & Purpose Reading, your birth time and birthplace.
• Order details: the products you purchase and the amounts paid. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Website data: basic technical information such as your browser type, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically by our website platform.

2. How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your reading and any free gift.
• To process payments and keep business and tax records.
• To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
• To send you occasional emails about our readings, books and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To keep our website secure and understand how it is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for them to do so:

• ClickFunnels, which hosts our website, order forms and customer records.
• Stripe, which processes payments.
• Email and file storage providers, such as Google Workspace, used to deliver your reading and communicate with you.
• Secure software and service providers we use to prepare readings. We share only the details needed for your reading, and we do not include your email address or payment details.

We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Where your information is stored

We are based in Australia, but some of our service providers store data overseas, including in the United States. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and stored in other countries. We choose providers that use recognised security practices.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and reading details for as long as needed to provide your reading, answer follow-up questions and meet record-keeping obligations (generally up to 7 years for financial records). You can ask us to delete your reading details sooner, as explained below.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by emailing support@radiantlifemastery.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work, remember your checkout, and measure visits. We may also use advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand which of our ads are effective. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online service can be completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you believe your information has been compromised.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please email us first so we can make it right. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Refund Policy

Every reading is created personally for you from your own details, and work on it begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason:

When we will put things right

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you. We will always make things right if:

• Your reading does not arrive within the delivery time stated above and you have checked your spam and promotions folders. Email us and we will send it immediately, or refund you if we cannot.
• We made an error, such as using the wrong name or date of birth from what you submitted. We will correct and resend your reading at no charge.
• You were charged incorrectly, for example charged twice for the same order. We will refund the incorrect charge.

Mistakes in the details you submitted

If you notice a mistake in the details you entered, email us as soon as possible. If we have not yet started your reading, we will update it for free. If your reading has already been prepared using the details you supplied, we can prepare a corrected version for a small fee.

How to contact us

Email support@radiantlifemastery.com with your name and the email address used for your order. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, as we can usually resolve any issue quickly.
